A bunch of us went to Matt's house in Long Island for July 3rd and had one of those awesomely fun pool parties you always see in the movies. We ate great homemade Greek food, drank from a never-ending supply of drinks, and in fulfillment of the child within me, had an underwater TEA PARTY (and a good jump on his trampoline). All while an entire lamb was being roasted over a fire pit. Amazing.

Victoria Visits.
Tory came to visit on her way from Spain to Oregon, call it an extended 5 day layover. It was so nice to reunite and swap stories from the past 9 months she has been gone.
And look, she was the perfect bait to lure Asher from his secluded home in Sunnyside, Queens. REUNION.
Paradise
We took a trip to paradise the other Saturday, my first visit there this summer. For those of you who don't know, our friend Brooke has a beautiful house in Bedford Hills, with a pool, a barn with 2 horses and riding stables, grassy lawns, and cable television. Per tradition, we ordered a poolside sushi lunch to fill our tummies.
