Life after Hurricane Sandy. It is still a big mess in the Rockaways and everywhere else hit hard by the hurricane. Most of the relief effort is headed by volunteers- people to collect and organize donations, pack up and distribute donations, as well as manual laborers to sort through the wreckage and clean out individual homes.
