Sea Shells
Also im excited to keep this going over the summer. I always collect shells and sea glass and rocks from pretty much every beach I go to, but can never remember where they are from. I hope to make one jar per locale. On the docket: sea glass from Rockaway a few weeks back.

cooking food, good food, italian food. last night i made pesto sauce for my bowties, with some boiled asparagus in the mix. im excited to make variations on this pesto, since it was so easy and delicious. here it is: into a cuisinart, mix 4 cloves garlic, two handfuls basil, one handful baby spinach, parmesan, olive oil, and some hot pasta water. next time i want to add almonds, but most of all, i would like to master the art of making the pasta from scratch.
